Tenzin Langdun

Tenzin is an AI expert and marketing lead with an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Bath and over 10 years of marketing experience across strategy, paid acquisition, and SEO. He has held roles at leading organisations including KPMG, EY, Siemens, and Adnovum — gaining expertise in AI, cybersecurity, audit, and consulting at KPMG and EY, and in insurance and software engineering at Adnovum. Together with Martin, he co-authored an award-winning research paper on AI-based cancer detection, published in Nature. Today he builds enterprise software and process automation for financial institutions.

AI Researcher & ML Ops Expert

Martin Oswald

Martin is an AI researcher and ML Ops expert with an MSc in Artificial Intelligence from ZHAW, where he also conducted research. He works on highly complex HealthTech problems — most recently computer-vision models that read cardiac ultrasound (echocardiography) to help automate the diagnosis of heart failure and aortic-valve disease. Together with Tenzin, he co-authored an award-winning research paper on AI-based cancer detection, published in Nature. He also builds enterprise software and infrastructure for financial institutions.

Naomi Rauscher

Naomi is Head of Operations and the person who turns plans into delivery. She owns the operational backbone of client work — campaign execution, automation workflows and the communication that keeps projects moving — and makes sure what gets designed actually ships. She pairs marketing instinct with a writer's ear for language, so the campaigns and content that go out sound like people wrote them, not templates. Where Tenzin and Martin build the systems, Naomi is the reason they run day to day.
